Beginning of the content

When I sat to write this blog ,a question kept lurking in my mind as “ What is Success or How do we define Success,.” For most of us ,Success is a mantra but few like me we still fail to arrive at a definite conclusion. Is scoring good Mark’s in exam or having a top notch job or clearing competitive exam define success ? This question will keep rendering in our mind till long .

So, I have come to a very simple definition of SUCCESS .

• S- Strive

• U- Until

• C- Concrete

• C- Concentration is

• E- Established for achieving

• S- Stability in the

• S- Society.

Success cannot be define by any materialistic achievement but it can be definitely be defined by setting goals and principles to achieve personal satisfaction. We have seen that in the contemporary world, people are quite successful but what about the inner engineering of self satisfaction and pleasure. Many a time , the topper of a batch fails to achieve the desired goals in comparison with the person from the last position holder . When this year, CBSE Results were declared we saw the marksheet of a IAS Officer who scored very less in chemistry but that didnot deter him from achieving the topmost position in our society. I like others, would not like to comment on Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos etc as a definition of Success but I would strike the example of the a daughter of a vegetable vendor who scored 97% in her exam defying all odds.

Yes, I do stand by that present situation in our Society is the Epitome of Mark’s. TV channels we turn today will cover exclusive interview of Topper with shining marks for the advertisement of the school but my dear viewers who are reading my writing ,let me tell you, I too was a topper but I couldn’t achieve the set standard outlined by our society. I slipped into depression that my knowledge has no taker. However, I than pursue my passion of teaching once I mingled with my students , I realized I was a happier and a calmer person. It gave me self satisfaction to see their smiles and the beam of joy in their eyes. So, I now define success in terms of happiness my students achieve in their life irrespective of their Mark’s. Me and my students today stress on Student Teacher Emotional Bonding and believe in a healthy conversation and staying connected.

So, I would like all of you reading me to understand that your Success Mantra should be inner peace and happiness as topmost priority but yes striving to achieve perfection too in your respective fields. And yes, let not other tell you, your definition of Success but you set your definition of Success and let others follow you. Be the leader of the pack than the wolves behind .
